The current administration and the uniparty in the US is doing whatever they can to cause WWIII. Mexico will of course be effected but it may become a safe haven also.

Slow but steady unless the USA gets dragged into a war in the middle east which would seriously affect economies world wide. But for sure the recent report from the OEDC confirms the IMF forcast for Mexico. “GDP growth is expected to decelerate to 2.5% in 2024. Domestic demand will sustain growth, while exports will suffer from the slowing in the United States. Headline and core inflation will continue slowing down. A sharper deceleration in the United States and more persistent inflation than anticipated, requiring keeping rates high for longer, are key downside risks. On the upside the ongoing reconfiguration of global value chains could boost investment more than anticipated.” (OEDC report for Mexico 2024.
